About Us

Hoochy Poochy was founded in 2024 by Ben, an animal lover with a genuine passion for dogs and the great outdoors. What started from a love of spending time outside with four-legged friends has grown into a friendly, reliable local dog walking service focused on giving every dog an enjoyable, safe and rewarding walk.

We welcome dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes, from miniature Dachshunds and lively Cockapoos to Labradors, Staffies and larger breeds. We know that every dog has their own personality, energy levels and way of enjoying a walk, which is why we take the time to get to know each dog individually.

Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we carefully match our group walks, considering things such as size, temperament, energy level and walking style. This helps create happy, balanced groups where dogs can exercise, explore, socialise and enjoy the outdoors together.

For dogs that prefer their own company or need a little more individual attention, we can also tailor their walks accordingly. At Hoochy Poochy, our aim is simple: happy dogs, great walks and complete peace of mind for their owners.
